After advising that conversion of the cellar to a studio flat would also be feasible and create extra profit, Ideal Planning Permissions designed a suitable scheme, submitted the planning application and liaised with Southwark Council. Planning permission was granted and construction is now taking place.
REPLACEMENT DWELLING - Planning permission to demolish a detached 3 bedroom home set on a large plot of land in Chorleywood, Herts, and replace with a new six bedroom house was achieved for the owner. The property increased in value from £650,000 to £1.05 million with planning permission. The owner subsequently sold the property to a local property developer.

Prior to having planning permission, the site was valued at £900,000. After planning permission was granted, the site was revalued at £2.25 million.
